Located in a close proximity of Leidseplein, this museum is called Greenbox (as it has green walls and green is the color of the Saudi Arabia National flag) and it exhibits 23 remarkable pieces by contemporary artists from Saudi Arabia: Ahmed Mater, Abdulnasser Gharem, Maha Malluh, Reem Al-Faisal, Lulwah Al-Homoud and Ayman Yossri Daydban.
The feel
A tiny, but a truly superb exhibit. All exhibited art pieces present different techniques and various artistic temperaments; nevertheless, they have something in common – their perfection and originality. If you are interested in contemporary art from smaller countries, this small museum is a must,
Open: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday afternoon (2 pm – 5 pm). Please, be so kind to confirm your visit over the phone.
