Citizen Public House & Oyster Bar

WHY?Because we're fattening up for winter.
The Tasty Burger guys always know how to top things off, so it's no surprise to find that they're behind the opening that finally pushes that Fenway stretch of Boylston into "good dining street" territory. As the location implies, this is a guy spot -- we're talking leather booths, wooden beams, meat, and whisky.

Though we're sure the soy mustard-glazed tuna burgers and the seafood chowder are wonderful, we're in this one for things like Chef Brian Reyelt's roasted pork loin with warm homemade apple sauce. That's assuming we can't wait to get a dozen (read: eight) guys in on three days' notice for their whole suckling pig.
You heard us.
